Our requirements:

 
Knowledge – from electronics through mechanics to embedded systems programming – you have both theoretical and practical know-how, in particular:
  • You know the nature of systems engineering role, methods of requirements analysis, practical application of ISO26262 norm and standard IATF 16949
  • You can not only find a difference between functional and technical requirements, but also between systems and software architecture
  • You are familiar with such concepts as: serial network CAN, FlexRay, BroadReach; analysis – FMEA and FTA
  • You have experience in electronic design and embedded systems programming; mechatronic elements design; and you know different methodologies used in product development such as Waterfall and AGILE
 
Passion – You look for inspiration outside of your work. You follow trends and publications outlining new solutions
 
Excellent communication skills with fluent English – as a Systems Engineer you will not only be responsible for requirements management but you will also monitor and verify solution implementation, therefore we expect you to know how to run meetings, challenge ideas and achieve your goals
 
Responsibility – We work to tight deadlines and we expect you to plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets

Your role:

Your main mission is to co-create innovative technologies anticipating and preventing accidents. You will collaborate closely with the client and all product stakeholders  - from Project Managers through hardware to test and validation teams. You will be working together on the development of such systems as: emergency braking, traffic lane assistant, road signs recognition, blind spot detection, collision warning systems and even more functionalities based on optical and radar sensors. In particular you will be responsible for:
  • Defining technical requirements in collaboration with the client and coordination of their implementation with other teams such as software engineers, hardware engineers, testers and validation engineers
  • Management of the process of creating and implementing functionalities; requirements review, implementation monitoring and test procedure analysis
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Technical Managers to ensure smooth process flow
  • Collaboration between technical centre and production in regards to product development
  • Verification if the functionality was implemented
  • Participation in internal and external project meetings
