    Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:

    AML Consultant
    Workplace: Kraków


    • Reviewing and monitoring all requests that are sent through to the central AML request inbox and completing initial assessment of tasks
    • Carrying out an initial assessment of key AML risks and carrying out relevant level of AML due diligence as defined in the AML & CTD Corporate Client Due Diligence Procedures
    • Researching and compiling available information regarding the corporate structure of clients, as applicable, as outlined in the AML & CTD Corporate Client Due Diligence Procedures
    • Conducting individual/corporate searches (using various systems) on a case by case basis using both confidential and publically available data sources
    • Escalating high risk cases where appropriate (i.e. PEPs / Sanctions / High Risk Jurisdictions etc.)
    • Recording all findings relating to the case within Sharepoint
    • Referring any issues identified to senior management or Risk & Compliance that require further guidance
    • Once complete update Salesforce to represent that the AML process has been completed
    • Proactive management of the data within Salesforce and Sharepoint
    • Creating and managing various reports and dashboards within SharePoint/Salesforce
    • Maintaining regular monthly MI for inclusion in Risk and Compliance Committee reports

    Required skills:

    • Have good command of English
    • Have understanding/experience of AML requirements within the UK regulatory environment
    • Are able to manipulate data exported from SharePoint/Salesforce into Excel for various reporting purposes
    • Can produce, edit and format word documents within brand templates and guidelines
    • Are able to communicate effectively via email and telephone
    • Have experience with working with databases – SharePoint/Salesforce experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
    • Pay attention to detail and have high level of data accuracy
    • Are proactive, innovative and have good communication and team working skills
    • Have industry recognised AML or UK regulatory qualification (desirable)
