Your responsibilities

Customer support and problem solving
Configuration and general administration of Synergi
Cooperation with other team members in Support and 3rd line resources from Development
Possibly conduct Basic Training in use of the Synergi products

Our requirements

The right candidate holds a Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT-related subjects and is familiar with relevant technologies, such as:
Windows Server / Web technology
Database technology - Oracle / MS SQL Server
SQL knowledge - PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc.
Knowledge of Azure, SaaS, and Application Insights for logs & troubleshooting is an advantage
Good verbal and written communications skills in English
Minimum 2-3 years of experience from similar jobs
Experience from working with international customers
Looking for people who have plans to stay longer
Technical knowledge about our product is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
