For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which has built a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of AR Team Leader. It is a chance to take part in transition of Financial processes. The company is looking for a Leader who take up a new challenge and build the team of specialist!
Your responsibilities
Leading, managing and developing a growing team of Accountants
Providing professional and proactive day to day service with agreed SLA’s
Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
Actively working on a AR process responsibilities like the rest of the team.
Employer requirements
Proven experience in managing the team as a Team Leader or Team Leader's back-up
3 years of experience in AR process
Very good knowledge of English
Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
Ability to enhance process and controls
Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Ability to work under pressure
