For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of OtC Team Leader.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing the accurate, timely collection of accounts receivable from a range of clients, carrying out approved operational processes within area of responsibility. You will own all of the invoicing process activities within the team, spanning a range of different clients with a variety a different contractual terms. You will manage the OtC team and resolve issues and queries that are escalated to you. You will propose and manage projects to streamline and improve the overall efficiency within the context of Global Process improvement strategies and delegate for the OtC Global Process Owner as required. Managing financial risk and adhering to internal and external compliance obligations is a key part of this role; providing information to internal and external auditors as required. You will be also responsible for team management.

As ideal Candidate should have experience in Order to Cash process as well as minimum 1 year of experience in People management skills with ability to build and lead high performance. You should have strong knowledge of working in a Finance and Accounting environment, ability to operate effectively in an fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines and finite resources, strong customer focus, committed to exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement, understanding of end to end order to cash processes, particularly as they relate to accounts receivable and contract management, knowledge of global business compliance and regulatory context. You should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved, exceptional problem solving and issue resolution skills. You should speak fluent English, knowledge of any other language is an asset.
