    Automation Engineer
    Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We sup-ply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies.  Business Unit Cheese and Powder Systems (BU CPS) within Tetra Pak Processing Systems is respon-sible for the supply of complete solutions to dairy and cheese industry globally.  Engineering Center Poland is part of BU CPS and consists of engineers and specialists with compe-tences and knowledge of different disciplines. This team is involved in project implementation within Business Streams Cheese, Evaporation and Drying and Powder Handling.

                                                                   We are now looking for an   
                                                                      Automation Engineer   
    focusing on automation solutions for cheese lines who can design and deliver solutions to customers all over the world together with our Business Unit and Market companies.
    As an Automation Engineer you need PLC and HMI programming competences and you will work with designing, configuring and testing complete automa-tion solutions adapted to different customer needs. You have knowledge and understanding of the com-plete automation functionality.  This position is based in Olsztyn, Poland and requires travelling of up to 50 %.
    Main responsibilities:
    • Review of Functional descriptions 
    • Programming of Production Control Systems (PLC and HMI) 
    • Acceptance tests 
    • Commissioning on sites 
    • Technical issue resolution     
    • University degree within Automation, Computer or Electrical Engineering. 
    • Experience of programming of SIMATIC and AB PLC’s, Intouch, WinCCflex, PCS7 
    • Knowledge and experience of working with elec-trical documentation. 
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience 
    • A good command of English, both written and verbally is required.   
    Knowledge or experience within one or more of the following areas is considered a merit:
    • Experience of working with Microsoft Office ap-plications; knowledge of AutoCAD 
    • System architecture for process automation solutions (ip-network, domain, security) 
    • Knowledge of food production processes 
    • Modelling and implementation of database appli-cations 
    • Recipe and Batch management system 
    • OPC standard communication
