We are looking for dedicated people to join our Banking Operations team at our Site in Wroclaw, Poland. The Operations team provides a variety of services to support our banking business globally, including trade support, trade settlements & payments, reconciliations, corporate actions support and financial instrument maintenance.

Global Cash Products as a part of the Global Operations team collaborates on a daily basis with Global Cash Management, Front Office, Trade Management and many other important internal Credit Suisse departments as well as with back office teams from other banks and corporate institutions from all over the world.

  • You will have a possibility to work with international partners to come up with new ideas to improve the process, reduce risks and costs, save time and increase efficiency of the daily cooperation tasks
  • You will be dealing with pre-settlement of booked cash flows and post-settlement actions
  • As a Banking Operations Specialist you will be collaborating with Credit Suisse clients ‒ resolving urgent issues, clarification of outstanding trades, confirmation of in and outgoing cash flows
  • You will be responsible for reconciliation of accounts – controlling tasks to assure the trades/bookings/cash flows have been processed as per the request and in accordance with applied policies
  • You will be taking care for other tasks assigned by the team leader unless they are contrary to the law or the contract of employment

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in finance area
  • You possess a university degree
  • You have excellent numerical and communication skills
  • You are able to drive self-development with varying ranges of experience
