    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a damn good Biz Dev person, who would join our sales team and who would help us develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. Our US and EU presence, along with our unique value proposition for the customers, already allowed us to attract several customers on those market – as a next step, we would like to continue market penetration and build new business related to Cloud Software Development, primarily in the large enterprise segment.     Key Responsibilities

    • Prospecting for potential new clients and turning this into increased business
    • Implementation of sales & marketing plans and strategies through direct sales
    • Lead generation & creating robust pipeline of opportunities
    • Researching, building and managing relationships with new clients
    • Upselling to existing clients
    • Preparing proposals with support from the pre-sales & engineering teams
    • Conducting meetings and presentations with clients
    • Active participation in conferences and exhibitions
    • Supporting marketing activities

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales of services in B2B segment (IT/Software industry will be a big plus)
    • Ability to learn fast
    • Engaging personality and the ability to interface and influence people at all levels within an organization
    • Fluent in English – written & spoken (good command of German will be a plus)
    • Availability to travel abroad
    • Well organized, with high capability to work independently and to manage two or more complex projects simultaneously
