You are a person who is not afraid of challenges in IT and engineering, proactive in action, looking for solutions instead of expecting them. You know that lead prospecting, building a relation with clients and employees is a long-term process. Reaching and opening new customers and projects is the area where you feel extremely comfortable and happy. Are you interested?


  • Identifying and defining clients needs
  • Building and developing relationships with prospective clients and consultants
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and co-operation strategies
  • Preparing tenders and negotiating terms of cooperation
  • Control of projects with customer satisfaction and consultants success in mind
  • Selecting and recruiting new consultants for the team
  • Managing consultants career development (annual evaluations, trainings, projects matching)
  • Working closely with recruitment and marketing depts


  • Completed studies (preferred MA) in Economics, Engineering, Management, HR or related fields
  • Min. 1 year of sales experience for a service company on a Junior Business Development Manager position
  • Min. 3 years of sales experience for a service company on a Business Development Manager position
  • Willing to develop new business opportunities and ambitions into success
  • Ability to understand customer needs with problem solving approach
  • Positive personality to build relationships with clients and consultants
  • Responsibility for the tasks entrusted
  • Entrepreneurship thinking attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Fluent English both spoken & written
