    Business Development Manager

    We are looking for a person who is passionate and committed to his/her duties. Not only the best practices but also actively looking for new, unconventional solutions.


    Main Tasks:

    • Identifying and defining customer needs;
    • Building, developing and maintaining valuable relationships with prospective clients and consultants;
    • Creating and implementing sales strategies and co-operation strategies;
    • Preparing tenders and negotiating terms of cooperation;
    • Control of projects with customer satisfaction and the success of the consultant;
    • Managing the career development of consultants (annual evaluations, training, matching projects to needs and the like);
    • Working closely with recruitment and marketing to achieve common business goals.

    Requirements:

    • Completed studies (preferred MA) in Economics, Engineering, Management, HR or related fields;
    • Willing to continuously develop new business opportunities and ambitions to transform them into success;
    • Ability to understand customer needs and problems and propose solutions;
    • Positive personality, ability to build relationships with clients and a team of consultants;
    • Great responsibility for the tasks entrusted;
    • Entrepreneurship thinking and attitude;
    • Strong organizational skills and time management;
    • Smooth, trouble-free communication in English.
