    Fujitsu EMEIA strategic direction is to continue strengthening it’s presence in Poland. Throughout Poland, in Global Delivery Center Łódź and Katowice, Shared Service function in Łódź, Commercial team in Warsaw, Fujitsu employs around 3 000 talent. Apart from Procurement Operations function built in Łódź we continue growing strategic Procurement Team which count for 17 people today.

  • Responsibilities & Expectations:
    • Initiating the sales process and taking on activities aimed at supporting business growth.
    • Responsibility for developing business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and for maintaining existing Customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting and networking.
    • Recognizing and defining customer needs and consulting on proposed solutions.
    • Approaching the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
    • Promoting the company’s products/services and addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
    • Striking complex deals from technical definition through budgeting and proposal to order
    • Leading negotiations and growing revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
    • Responsibility for the implementation of the offering portfolio in the defined area.
    • Representing the company at conferences and other industry events.
    • Providing trainings, presentations and webinars to Channel Partners and Customers.
    • Close cooperation with substantive teams in the field of effective implementation of the projects.
    • Preparing and executing the sales plan in line with the Company’s sales objectives in the defined area.
    • Formulating a local business development strategy in the defined area, in synergy with the Sales and Marketing Teams.
    • Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of priority solutions; market trends and routes to market to improve effectiveness within a sales support function.
    • Preparing sales reporting recording customer interactions and opportunities in the Salesforce.
  • Qualifications:
    • Well-established knowledge of the sales process and methods supported by experience in the implementation of integration and migration projects.
    • Excellent sales planning skills.
    • Several years of relevant work experience in the IT business - please attach to the application a list of top 5 projects with general description and a list of top 10 Partners / Clients with whom you have the strongest business relationships.
    • Good knowledge of server environments - x86 architecture and Unix systems.
    • Experience in offering HCI systems.
    • Experience in analyzing a problem, building solutions and inducing the Client to the offered solutions.
    • Proven accomplishments in solution selling .
    • Openness and ability to build long-term business relationships.
    • Strong communication skills combined with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization.
    • Passion for sales and drive for results.
    • Ability to work independently, set and achieve milestones and carry out self-designated activities.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including self-motivation.
    • Ability to work in dynamic international environments.
    • Good knowledge of English and knowledge about trends in IT.
