Business Development Manager

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Work independently to strengthen and activate business relations with past and potential Clients in Warsaw.
  • Find and develop new business opportunities and manage those opportunities to closure in B2B environment.
  • Understand the market, Client’s needs and priorities to be good partner and intermediary between innovative solutions and our Clients.
  • Identify emerging markets in Poland and abroad, develop and implement plans to exploit them operating from Warsaw.
  • Contact prospects via phone, e-mail, personal, and business networks - choosing the best strategies to grow the business.
  • Establish pricing solutions, model the way we deliver value to our Clients.
  • Cooperate closely with main quarter in Krakow and other units to deliver projects smoothly.
  • Reporting to Business Unit Director in Krakow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in B2B sector, preferably in corporate tech environment.
  • “Hunter” nature that seeks constantly for new, attractive opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic thinker who has the ability to interpret and act upon tech trends to identify new business opportunities, while maintaining a sharp focus on day-to-day execution.
  • Extremely focused on achieving a high income within a professional work environment for a market leading company.
  • Strong track record of closing sales.
  • Has the pulse of the market, customers and partners by directly engaging with them.
  • Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, leading customer strategies, and the vertical market(s).
  • Creative thinking and can do attitude.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
  • Communicative English.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Degree or interest in automatics and robotics will be a plus.
