Business Development Manager
Location: Warsaw


Scope of responsibilities:

  • Capsules’ coffee machines strategy development and deployment
  • Establishment and management of ways of working with machine partner
  • Preparing and execution of promotions, volume forecasts
  • New channels development
  • Analyzing machines’ category and create insights for growth
  • Create shopper and category story for machines
  • Communication materials adaptation for machines
  • Cooperation with Global Business Unit

Expectations:

  • 3+ years of work experience in trade marketing or sales in FMCG company
  • Strongly developed analytical skills and fascination to numbers
  • Financial acumen
  • Highly developed teamwork skills
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills
  • The ability to build business relations
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment
  • University degree preferably in area of economics, marketing or management
  • Fluency in English
