Your responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our Business Development Manager to fuel our pipeline and drive growth.

Here's what you'll be doing:

📍Engage in personalized outreach to leads and prospects through various channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, and professional social media platforms.

📍Develop new business opportunities within the Small and Mid-Market segments, expanding the reach of Integre Trans in Europe.

📍Qualify leads and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

📍Provide commercial and operational support to assigned customers, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration.

📍Prepare commercial and pricing documents, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to meet client requirements.

📍Deliver prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries, establishing Integre Trans as a trusted partner.

📍Actively promote and advocate for the company's exceptional transportation services, helping to drive brand awareness and growth.

Our requirements

  • 6-12 months of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate the sales process and build relationships.

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation and cold calling, showcasing your tenacity and ability to identify opportunities.

  • Excellent command of written and verbal English, enabling effective communication with both internal teams and international clients.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • A curious mindset and the ability to ask insightful questions, uncovering clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Oracle is a plus), enabling you to effectively manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

  • Demonstrated experience in closing sales, showcasing your ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

  • A passion for problem-solving and the excitement to tackle new challenges head-on.
