    Job Description:

    The central IT Architecture & Strategy function of Credit Suisse is operating a set of bank-wide in-house developed, and vendor tools that support both data and change (design, investment, & delivery) governance processes. We are looking for a requirements engineer to define the strategy and requirements for this toolset.


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Work closely with the business sponsors and bankwide subject matter experts to design the overall governance tooling application landscape.
    • Contribute and support the development of a tooling strategy that fulfils the Firm’s governance requirements.
    • Gather and elaborate business requirements and translate into user stories to be developed by the team. Ensure that the user stories are adequately groomed just in time for planning sessions.
    • Plan the delivery of business breakthroughs in line with the Firms’s strategic objectives, with the help of the development team’s effort estimations.
    • Manage the governance tooling team backlog and ensure transparency in the developments priorities and capacity.
    • Work across the bank to define Key Performance Indicators related to delivery and adoption of governance tools.
    • Opportunity to lead the creation of the Warsaw governance tooling development team.

    • You have a minimum 5-8 years of total IT experience.
    • You have at least 3+ years’ experience in business analysis/requirement gathering in finance domain.
    • Hands-on experience with Collibra (or other Data Governance tool) would be beneficial.
    • Do you have an experience in all phases of systems development/project life cycle?
    • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
    • You are fluent written and spoken English, German would be beneficial.
    • Do you have analytical skills, customer service and social skills?
    • You hold a BS degree ideally with focus on Information Technology or related.
