Your responsibilities
Thermodynamic/Technical expertise delivery to various BorgWarner Powertrain/Power System products validation/development (component and system level)
Carry out appropriate CFD analysis of propulsion system components
Continuous improvement of existing simulation process and new methodologies development
Support various ETTS R&D locations/departments in solving technical issues
Direct cooperation with internal/external customer
Cross Business Unit collaboration (PowerDrive Systems, Drivetrain&Battery Systems)
New technologies research through cooperation with top Universities
Our requirements
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Very good knowledge of thermodynamics, turbomachinery and fluid mechanics
Powertrain / Power systems experience is appreciated
Experience with 3D CFD methods (e.g. ANSYS CFX, ANSYS FLUENT, Star-CCM+) or 1D Simulation (e.g GT Power, Ricardo WAVE, AVL Boost) is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office products — Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
Fluency in English, other foreign language will be an advantage
