The Risk division is a highly visible, dynamic area of the firm where you can be an integral part of decisions making that supports the bank’s business. The mandate of the MLRM Treasury & Liquidity is to watch all risks of the Treasury function by either direct coverage or in connection with specialized risk management departments, e.g. Credit and Operational Risks. You will deepen the risk knowledge and become a subject matter expert in an area with growing importance.
You will have an equal opportunity to be able to closely work with and learn from Senior Management (Heads of Treasury and Heads of Liquidity at a Global and Divisional levels) and Subject Matter Experts (SME), mainly in Treasury, Risk and Finance to further build out a Treasury and Liquidity risk function that is fit for 2nd line of defence purpose
You will have an opportunity to learn and participate in development of regulatory driven projects such as Interest Rate Risk in a Banking Book (IRRBB), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and associated internal Treasury and Liquidity metrics
You will ensure that Risk policies and Risk governance is consistently applied and fit for purpose
You will track and report progress in the delivery of regulatory and internal dedications
You will be responsible for different projects with a primary focus on Treasury and Liquidity risks
You will coordinate various governance committees and communication (internal and external)
You will be working in dynamic and challenging role with hybrid responsibilities which will enable you to develop both people and project management skills as well as learn about best in class Treasury and Liquidity Risk Management Frameworks and developments

You have 4 years of relevant work experience (e.g. consulting, project or change management)
Excellent PowerPoint skills & Microsoft Excel
You will have solid presentation and influencing skills
You can easily communicate with a diverse set of partners using your excellent skills in English (both verbal and written)
You are able to work independently and you have deep understanding of international environment
You have willingness to learn, active approach and excellent interpersonal skills
You have experience in Treasury or Liquidity area - would be a plus.
You have University degree, ideally with a Business and Finance focus
