    As Chief Data Officer Team Leader your main responsibilities will involve:

    • Manage a team of Business Analysts and coordinate daily operations for the delivery of business services in close collaboration with Zurich-based stakeholders and Wroclaw-based line manager.
    • Develop, coach and motivate direct reports including feedback rounds, and talent and performance management.
    • Establish and maintain adequate controls and risk mitigation measures for the delivery of services out of Wroclaw.
    • Personally contribute to the provision of selected services by:
    • Support the definition, implementation and maintenance of a front-to-back data governance framework within SUB organization including outreach strategies and communication channels.
    • Perform Data Lineage at the applications or individual field level, and collect information about data usage, transformations and models, propose sourcing models together with data providers and consumers.
    • Support business definition and operational maintenance of Data Dictionaries and Data Glossaries, and maintain the Conceptual Data Model.
    • Collect information concerning the existing Data Quality issues and controls; propose new DQ rules, controls, indicators and remediation actions.
    • Establish documentation and training materials.
    • Act as data governance champion and support users with training and daily queries.

    Qualifications:

    • You have people management or team leadership professional experience.
    • You have between 2-5 years of professional experience in data governance or business analysis.
    • You possess a deep knowledge of at least one of data concepts such as modelling, lineage, governance, and/or quality assurance.
    • You have strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
    • You have excellent communication, organization and coordination skills.
    • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German language is an advantage.
    • Experience in the banking or finance industry will be an asset.
    • Your previous experience in Data Governance practice and tools such as Collibra, Rochade will be considered as an advantage.
    • Do you have experience working in an onsite/offshore mode? It will be a plus.
    • You have a passion for people management.
