    Case Management Team Lead
    Location: Kraków
    Ref No: Operations/CDD//2018

    Key Accountabilities:

    • The overall performance of the Banking Operations team
    • Relationship with business, understanding of needs and plans
    • Understanding and execution of the strategy, alignment to global standards, supporting global,
    • regional and local initiatives
    • Supporting operational requirements for global businesses CMB/GB customers, ensuring the
    • best in class standards are applied and HSBC policies and procedures are fully implemented
    • Manage operations within direct management in line with business expectation
    • Provide timely (i.e. monthly) updates to business covering such topics as: performance, key risks and opportunities, discuss forecast (volumes) as well as understand any business driven actions (promotions, actions, branches) that has a direct or indirect impact on the managed operations
    • Oversee end to end processes and communicate with global business (CMB, GB) to seamlessly execute strategy
    • Understand cost and impact of business decisions
    • Drive operational strategy; keep raising bar on execution in comparison with internal peers and industry
    • Performing activities aimed at adjusting and increasing the effectiveness of operations

    Requirements:

    • Demonstarte an excellent knowledge of Banking Operations
    • High written and high English Language
    • Experience of managing multiple projects
    • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Be capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external clients
    • Be highly organised and have a strong sense of ugency
    • Be able to work effectively in a time pressued enviroment
