Position overview:

As Operational Excellence - Continuous Improvement (CI) Consultant you will be responsible for implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodology in order to build the capability of leaders and employees to deliver customer value every day (speed, quality, cost, customer satisfaction). Thanks to training we are going to provide, you will become an ambassador of CI culture, strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of analyzing complex business processes and leading projects focused on standardizing, optimizing, and automating business operations.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Serving as the regional Global Business Services (GBS) Operational Excellence - CI Consultant by providing expert guidance in Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Support process standardization initiatives aimed to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and insight
  • Be an ambassador of continuous improvement culture in order to adopt the CI mindset to employees and “new way of working” in the regional GBS organization by providing expert guidance of management systems (visual management, standard work, leader standard work), 4 step problem solving (PDCA), and DMAIC project execution.
  • Deliver CI Foundation Training Program (Lean and Six Sigma) and facilitate Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certification program to the operational teams
  • Be a partner for business process teams, global process owners, project and change management teams
  • Identify and drive opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation of business processes
  • Identify, analyze, design and implement core business processes improvements driving cost savings, control improvement and improve overall process performance

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • University degree in a professional business subject
  • Lean Six Sigma Lean and/or Green Belt Certification with proven experience in managing medium scale project  
  • Relevant professional experience on a similar role, preferably in GBS environment
  • Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows
  • Strong discipline to analyze and design the end-to-end business process
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, facilitation and business acumen skills
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, drive initiatives across functions with minimum supervision
  • Fluent English
