    Kredyt Inkaso S.A. is a Polish company with an international reach, dealing with debt management in Central and Eastern Europe. We specialize in purchasing portfolios of debts considered difficult to recover by the original creditors and collect them on our own account. The company has the staff with extensive knowledge and skills, economic and technical potential as well as tools and resources necessary for the best performance. Currently we are looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our Controlling Team.

    Controlling Specialist
    Workplace: Warsaw

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participating in preparation of budgeting activities and forecasts
    • Providing the monthly comparison between budget/actual data for the local Management
    • Collection and consolidation of data and other relevant information from our reporting entities
    • Preparation of analyses and reports for local Management and the Group Management
    • Participating in the improvement of reporting tools, system modification and controlling tools
    • Identification and effective control of financial risks
    • Valuation of portfolios of receivables and other assets
    • Financial models preparation

    Requirements:

    • University degree (finance, accounting, controlling, economics)
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controlling or Finance
    • Ability to identify business issues and opportunities through financial analysis and reporting
    • Very good knowledge of financial management and accounting topics
    • MS Excel proficiency (checked during the recruitment process)
    • Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized
