    Coordinator / Supervisor

    SIMPLY PUT: Responsible for one process for respective country, closely cooperating with other Operations departments and leaders. Driving constant quality and on-time delivery improvements. Leading & developing a team of ca. 10 employees.



    • Responsible for and deliver the best quality of assigned one process within the country team (Reference Data , Client Instruction)
    • Manage the team of ca. 10 people
    • Maintain of good relationship between cooperating teams
    • Initiate, develop and implement quality and process improvement initiatives & projects that drive an on-going focus on First Time Right delivery to contribute to client satisfaction
    • Ensure good process knowledge within the team and proper tasks execution; support/assist the team in daily duties and issues, coach, provide trainings, share best practices and identify training needs as well as share feedback
    • Plan team’s workload incl. tasks distribution, holidays, back-ups, etc.
    • Set and execute individual targets, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews
    • Develop the team, identify & work with talents and low performers
    • Take part in recruitment processes



    • Minimum bachelor degree
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
    • Very good understanding of E2E operational processes and deliverables (INTERNAL ONLY)
    • Experience in coordination operational processes in big international company (EXTERNAL)
    • Ability and seniority to manage and engage teams, ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment; previous coordinator experience will be an asset
    • Advanced organizational & coordination skills, excellent time management, ability to work under time pressure, multitasking
    • Ability to solve problems effectively; focus on delivering business results / achieving targets with client-focused manner
    • Project management skills - ability to lead and drive initiatives forward
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, good relationship management
    • Self-reliance, self-motivated, very pro-active, strongly orientated on self-development
