Corporate Controller - Business Support Management – AssociateNumer ref.: 210007189

This position will partner with the primary BCM to support the off-shore Corporate Controller teams and provide back-up support for on-shore locations.  In addition, this position will serve as the Business Resiliency Manager for the Corporate Controller organization.  The candidate must be highly motivated and able to handle a high level of complexity. Understanding and managing peak demand is critical to success in this role. Must be comfortable interacting with varying levels of senior management, flexible to be able to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities, and be comfortable dealing with a sometimes stressful, fast-paced and priority-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business Change Management (BCM):

  • Management of on/off boarding process
  • Provision of technology hardware, applications and shared drives
  • Real estate: maintenance of floor plans and move management
  • Participate in and, at times, help lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects within Business Change Management

Business Resiliency Manager (RM)

  • Provide resiliency guidance, support and governance to the Corporate Controller teams
  • Maintain resiliency metrics (Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and plan approvals and required testing)
  • Administer access to RDMS tool
  • Coordinate and execute semi-annual employee notification test (call tree)
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of all plans
  • Coordinate strategy testing
  • Oversee the execution of resiliency plans during incidents 

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong and independent problem-solving skills
  • Customer service / Client facing experience
