Summary

This role is responsible for assisting and supporting the Head of Commercial Excellence in the development, maintenance of Baxter’s CRM system BOOST (salesforce) and related applications and he/she will lead all CRM related projects within the DACH region and the administration of FAST. He/She supports the business in setting up processes and in executing and monitoring strategic goals through analyzes, reports and dashboards.

Design and implementation of Dashboards and Reports based on the requirements for each BU as well enabling the sales & marketing team through training, performance metrics and sales automation tools.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Support:

  • Manage Account and Contact Profiling functionality
  • Manage Campaigns based on BU requirement
  • Responsible for identifying and logging any issues or bugs within BOOST
  • Responsible for the conception, organization, coordination and analysis of all CRM system-supported projects and ensures that the CRM systems runs smoothly
  • Support the business in the implementation of system related tools and processes, enable Sales and Marketing teams, process improvements and sales automation tools.
  • Pull analyzes, provide metrics and dashboards based on the requirements of the business
  • Liaise with external data supply company and SFDC
  • Work with local business users and provide L1 Support for any issues experienced or user questions
  • Work with business partners and/or vendors to address and resolve any system related issues
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to each release
  • Responsible for the validated CRM System “FAST” within DACH region with focus on Serviceline (Case Management for Medical Affairs, PV, CQA, Marketing and others)
Projects:
  • Responsible for the creation and management of Reports and Dashboards
  • Design key reports to Baxter management teams
  • Liaise with European administrators as necessary to develop best practice BOOST (SFDC)
Training:
  • Proactively engage with end users to bridge systems/training/knowledge gaps
  • Execute 1:1, group, and remote (web) based systems Training
  • Cultivate best practice sharing and process alignment within the DACH cluster
  • Travel as needed (minimal) to support regional training requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Application Maintenance and Country Support type role
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com or other), Report building, Excel, Windows, iOS (iPad devices), SharePoint
  • Experience as a CRM Manager/administrator at country level and ideally across countries
  • Experience as a Trainer or Teaching experience (preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of IT/CRM systems (Salesforce.com, in Pharma or Medtech preferred)
  • Ability to translate technical detail into simple language for end users
  • Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in line with business priorities
  • Independent and success-oriented working style
  • Good analytical skills showing ability to interpret data and pick up any errors
  • Ability to train users with divers’ background
  • Fluent English and German is a must
  • Advanced level of MS Office
