    Key responsibilities

    The CHB Associate is responsible for controlling all the CHB Operations activities, relating to the VAS Operations to deliver optimal operations performance in accordance with the Area Business Strategy and agreed Customer requirements. On a day to day basis, this role will be required to ensure consistent, seamless end-to-end delivery of CHB operations and support Customers in resolution of any queries and escalations.

    Key Activities among many others, include: 
    • Monitor all the activities handled associated with Value Added Services including Customs House Brokerage (CHB). 
    • Planning & procurement of CHB as per customer requirements
    • System updates 
    • Design tailor made strategies for CHB & implement them successfully 
    • Arrive at the right solution for CHB in conjunction with business so as to arrive at the minimum cost at the same time ensuring required service levels specific to each business
    • Arrange manipulation and inspection of goods
    • Verify adherence of practice to the SOP & create/modify as appropriate
    • Monitor and drive team Data Quality in Documentation 
    • Prepare & maintain operational contingency plan 
    • Maintain relations & conduct regular review meetings with Internal Stakeholders
    • Develop a strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer retention
    We are looking for
    • 3 years experience in large CHB team within the Logistics sector
    • Polish language fluent and English language allowing you to deal with documentation
    • Outstanding organisation skills
    • Sense of responsibility 
    • Strong communicator
