    Customer Care Executive
    Your role & responsibilities:
    • Deployment of  Local Customer Care program to secure internal and external adoption of future Customer journey
    • Implementation of global Customer Care programs
    • Continuously improving the customer journeys across digital and traditional touchpoints
    • Executing and development Castomer Care procesess and guidelines
    • Working collaboratively with business leaders on projects which drive to improve customer satisfaction
    • Analyzing customer care data
    Candidate profile:
    • 4 - 5 years years of business experience, marketing or sales experience is a plus
    • Solid track record in projects execution
    • Strong understanding of Customer Care and how it can support the business
    • A proven track record of significant achievements in projects deployment
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral in english and polish
    • Self-starter with a take charge attitude
    • Excellent analytical skills
