    Customer Care Representative – Commercial Partner (Export)

    Position Description

    • Process of Export sales orders in accurate and timely manner in ERP System;
    • Invoice customers based upon product list prices and customer pricing from sales generated quotes;
    • Review customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions;
    • Handle all kinds of export shipments, like advances invoices, customs clearance forms, involving foreign consulates for obtain product certificates, drop shipments, third party deals etc.;
    • Trace all confirmed shipping and delivery actions;
    • Answer all incoming customer questions and provides support to customers on all questions of moderate scope related to order status, quotations, shipping dates and returns;
    • Manage customer database including complaint handling in respective CRM system;
    • Interface between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.

    Position Requirements

    • Excellent English skills, both oral and written;
    • MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP knowledge;
    • Experience in Export documentation and requirements by using air / sea / truck services will be a plus;
    • Additional language knowledge is an advantageous.

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
    • Ability to learn quickly and resolve customer inquiries.
