KKR are committed to supporting the business’ growth ambition, whilst continuing to follow Unilever’s responsible sourcing policies, including working towards the goal of sourcing 100 per cent sustainable palm oil by 2019.

    Your Role

    • Developing the customer strategic business plan
      for your respective categories and customers.
      Working out a joint customer business plan for your
      respective categories and customers.
    • Working in close collaboration with the
      Category and
      Channel Team for the category and channel input,
      and with customer
      marketing and brand teams for the specific banner/channel plan.
    • Developing optimal integrated promo plan
      (incl. selling the plan to the customer)
      and manage promo investments.
    • Managing customer promo investment with the customer.
    • Data churning and analysis to provide accurate
      business requirements for business review presentations to customers.
    • Managing overall levels of Customer Investments for his category.
    • Monitoring Customer Performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for major categories.

    • Min. 2 years of professional experience on a managerial position in sales
    • Good command of English
    • Solid negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain solid relationship with clients
    • Experience in develop and implement the Customer/Channel investment strategy and business plan and customer service strategy and segmentation.
