About the project

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) in Poland who will lead assigned customer projects in the Digital Services (DGS), often leading or in support of broader 4G & 5GC engagements. As a Project Manager you ensure that project goals are met, to ensure the customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Your responsibilities

  • Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope & margins within agreed timelines.

  • Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, time plan budget

  • Secure the necessary resources and supervise all activities.

  • Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.

  • Ensure weekly and monthly project status reporting highlighting Gap’s, Risk and mitigation plans with support required. Recording and managing project issues and calling out where necessary to right stakeholders.

  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.

  • Handle project finance: ensure periodic financial system monitoring & KPI adherence.

  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.

  • Mentor the project team and support their professional growth

  • Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements

  • Actively seek to improve top and bottom lines, managing project finances and by identifying and driving add-on-sales opportunities.

  • Drive improvement activities related to risk assessments and risk management.

  • Work closely with the account team during presales, responsible for contract execution strategy, cost estimations, time & resource planning.

Our requirements

  • At least 10 years’ experience in the Digital Services (including Core) business in a customer-facing role with at least 8 years of Project Management experience.

  • Strong academic (Bachelors, ideally Masters) and professional qualifications (PMP or equivalent).

  • Consistent track record of successful Project / Program Management, with different project environments (green field deployment, rollout, swap), including knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.

  • Demonstrable record of accomplishments in leading Digital Services type of Pre-Sales & Delivery.

  • Good domain experience – Telecom BSS or Core Network

  • A keen focus on results, including financial, customer satisfaction and growth.

  • Good understanding of financial & commercial aspects as well as the pillars in delivery: Processes/Procedures, People/Organization, Tools/Systems.

  • Strong ability to break down barriers to support a speedy execution in a high pace environment. Passion for innovation and simplification. Passion for customer business, service orientation

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills - experience with managing key internal and external stakeholders from technical teams to the executive suite.

  • Communicative or fluent level of Polish language due to local project requirements
