    Customer Service Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow-up and monitor open orders to ensure customer satisfaction                                  
    • Process & control customers' samples until delivery                                                                   
    • Control prices in contact with all respective colleagues across the RBL                                
    • Follow-up on payments steps and ensure meeting the due date                                          
    • Ensure order fulfilment with respective departments across the RBL
    • Active consulting and recommending the Clariant portfolio on phone                              
    • Sales reports and administration issues upon request                                                                
    • Monitor customer returns                                                                       
    • Collection and appropriate reports on customer complaints (EXCEL)                                   
    • Ensure the implementation and adherence of the local & DIB CSD guidelines

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degrees
    • Customer service experience                                                 
    • Good analytical, organizational, communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong customer focus                
    • Good EXCEL skills
    • SAP or other ERP system knowledge would be an advantage                                                                                         

    Languages:

    • Fluent English
    • Slovak, Czech or Hungarian would be an advantage
