    Customer Service Analyst – Weekend Coordinator
    Based: Lodz

    Reporting to Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing orders, ensuring customer needs by proactively making calls as well as managing exports for international clients.



    • Manage orders from leading distributors representing global CFM (Custom Food Manufacturers) & QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) clients
    • Handle telephone enquiries in line with quality standards and within time targets
    • Manage exports for international clients
    • Champion customer needs, working collaboratively with others
    • Undertake a variety of administrative tasks relating to the serving of customers
    • Identify opportunities to improve the process for customers
    • Responsible for managing & reporting CS KPIs for assigned accounts


    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in customer service
    • Supply chain/logistics experience preferred
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications. Some SAP experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrate passion for serving customers in conversation on the phone and in correspondence
    • Ability to identify, manage and implement process improvements
    • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to work effectively within the team
    • Excellent attention to details
    • Flawless organizational skills


    • Flexible working hours - exact working day/time to be agreed on an individual basis, however weekend and bank holiday cover is compulsory for this role
