    What will be your main responsibilities?

    • responsibility for complex organization and execution of all online customer service process,
    • verification and execution of product assets across e-store,
    • handling orders from CEE region,
    • coordination of the assistants’ work,
    • supporting manager as a project coordinator,
    • close cooperation with external warehouse.

    What qualifications should you have?

    • good command of English,
    • at least 2 years’ experience within e-store customer service,
    • excellent communication skills,
    • ability to work within the team,
    • proven experience in successful implementation of new solutions within e-store area,
    • being an ambassador of company’s positive image,
    • ability to work under pressure,
    • ability to keep the deadlines.

    What additional advantage would be valuable to us?

    • experience in SAP or Enova systems operation,
