    For our fast-growing business we are looking for an exceptional candidate based in our Polish office in Krakow to fulfill the role as
    Customer Service Specialist

    Your Tasks:

    • CC support for customers within CRM-environment concerning all aspects of company online-shops
    • Daily support and maintain of returns, complains, customer queries, product questions, logistic issues
    • Support and communication with external partners and service providers  (e.g. call centers, DSPs, Warehouses)
    • Cooperation with Customer Service Manager,  head office in Munich and the central departments of Category Management, Logistic, Shop Teams, Purchasing
    • Support with development of customer care concepts and standards
    • KPI monitoring (Service Level, Response Quality, Contact Quote, Contact Volume)
    • Support with preparing and planning the training for service providers


    Your profile:

    • Commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor degree
    • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Customer Service
    • Fluent in English; German is beneficial
    • Routine use of modern office and communication media as well as advanced knowledge in using CRM tools
    • Practical knowledge of target-oriented communication
