    Customer Service Specialist

    Workplace: Sosnowiec
    Salary: PLN 4,000 - 6,000

    Job description:

    The customer support agent will be responsible for direct contact with the clients and providing them with the assistance in solving eventual problems. The employee will be also responsible for answering customers' questions regarding products and services offered by the company.

    Responsibilities and tasks:

    • answering customers' questions mostly in English via live chat, email and phone 
    • keeping high standards of customer service and constant improving the knowledge about offered products and promotions
    • overall office administration responsibilities (eventually)
    • contacting technical support department to solve customers' technical problems
    • liaising with third parties such as product vendors or software providers
    • work in shifts


    • fluent in English in speaking and writing
    • CV in English
    • familiar with MS Office
    • good job organizing skills
    • high personal culture standards
    • peaceful and friendly in direct contacts with customers
    • experience in customer service will be additional advantage
    • German, Dutch or Swedish language skills will be additional advantage. It's not necessary!
