We are looking for a role of:
Working as a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible primarily for managing all aspects of Customer Service within the assigned area, the customer development and business promotion.
Main duties include:
- Daily interaction with Customers and internal stakeholders
- Process & follow Customer Service requests
- Cooperate with Service Centre, coordinate spare parts orders
- Create positive relationship with our Customers and Customer Service partners
- Excellent telephone manners and being able to connect with the customer to promote and offer solutions quickly
- Good and communicative Polish and English
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good to have previous experience in Contact Center / Business Center or face to face customer service
- Ability and eagerness to learn new processes/ procedures
- Interesting work in a company promoting innovative and modern technologies;
