We are looking for a role of:

Customer Service Specialist

Working as a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible primarily for managing all aspects of Customer Service within the assigned area, the customer development and business promotion.

Main duties include:

  • Daily interaction with Customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process & follow Customer Service requests
  • Cooperate with Service Centre, coordinate spare parts orders
  • Create positive relationship with our Customers and Customer Service partners


  • Excellent telephone manners and being able to connect with the customer to promote and offer solutions quickly
  • Good and communicative Polish and English
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good to have previous experience in Contact Center / Business Center or face to face customer service
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new processes/ procedures
