    European Customer Service
    Location – Krakow


    European Customer Service Center’s mission is to deliver exceptional customer service to our European customers. You will be supporting our Customer Service Teams in achieving the goal.

    We Offer

    As a member of the European Customer Service Team, you will be exposed to dynamic and multinational environment. You will cooperate with other departments, like Despatch, Credit, Production and Sales Team. This role is an ideal position to gain knowledge of daily activities of the European Customer Service operations in the only one International Paper Global Business Services Center. You will have an opportunity to work on real business cases and you will be exposed to challenges, which you will meet during your further career. We have a very effective on-boarding process that will help you to settle in and feel comfortable with your new responsibilities. We will teach you about papermaking, our business processes, as well as how to manage orders in our internal system.

    You will

    • Support a Customer Service Team to achieve agreed commitments to our customers 
    • Manage customers’ orders in our internal system 
    • Cooperate with internal departments of International Paper and you will get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation
    • You will learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes to successfully manage your daily tasks
    • Have an opportunity to use your analytical skills in performing different tasks

    • Open and you learn quickly
    • Able to multitask and process high volume of data accurately and efficiently
    • Good at analytics
    • Fluent in spoken and written Polish, you have good command of English; good command of German will be an asset
