On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Gdańsk we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Service Desk Agent with Danish.
Your new role
Holding the position of Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for handling escalated calls and tickets from users. You will be resolving technical issues and following the defined processes while attempting to resolve the L1 incidents. You will be also identifying areas for improvement, delivering best quality service for the customers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need fluent knowledge of English and Danish (at least B2/C1 level). Previous experience within customer service or IT helpdesk would be an asset. Moreover, our Client appreciates your set of IT skills regarding desk servicing and good knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations. The position requires working on shifts.
