With a minimum order quantity of just 30 pieces, we have enabled thousands of companies to order their custom packaging without the hassle or ruining their budgets.

 

In Customer Support you will be taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, high quality support and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met. 
We are looking for a people person, full of patience, empathy and energy to join our Customer Support team. 
This position will let you gain vast experience in customer support, you will have the possibility to build up your communication skills, work with people from all around the world and find out what startup life is. :) 
Customer Support Specialist
Location: Warszawa

Requirements:

  • You desire to work in a result-driven start-up
  • You have great written and verbal communication skills
  • Your English & Polish are perfectly fluent! ( If you also know Spanish, German or French that would be an additional plus but it’s not a must )
  • You have problem-solving mindset
  • You are empathetic, with positive attitude and focus on customer’s satisfaction
  • You work independently and you are a fast learner 
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is great, but not required
  • You have an open mind and are not afraid of changes. 
  • You have an ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
