    The company is currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:

    Role profile:

    Data Scientist will join growing and dynamic BI team and will work on development of advanced analytics solutions for JLL’s corporate real estate clients in such areas as smart buildings, workplace or IoT. Individual in this role is expected to be comfortable working as a data analyst and quantitative researcher. He/She should possess an ability to define use cases, develop PoCs and deploy advanced analytics solutions that solve complex clients’ problems and generate significant value to JLL and our clients (improve productivity and profitability).


    • Excellent numerical skills and BI/IT technology understanding
    • Strong experience in data science toolkits, such as SPSS, SAS, R, NumPy or Alteryx.  
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView or Power BI
    • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server), Hadoop (e.g. MapR) and ETL (e.g. SSIS, Informatica)
    • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
    • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
    • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate both with technical/analytical experts as well as with top management
    • Solutions-oriented workstyle and strive for excellence
    • Fluent English is a must
    • Master degree from polytechnic or business studies preferred, PhD or postgraduate studies will be a plus
    • 2+ professional relevant experience in data science and advanced analytics
    • Hands on experience in applying machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis to solve business problems.
    • International work experience will be a plus
    • Knowledge of smart cities & smart buildings concept or corporate real estate will be a plus
    • Consulting/advisory experience will be a plus
