Database Manager and Data Analyst
Location: Warszawa

We are looking for an experienced and result driven Database Manager and Data Analyst to support our Digital Marketing team in Warsaw, Poland. Database Manager and Data Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of the organization's marketing database and digital reporting. He/She develops strategies for targeted marketing campaigns and will be responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, or evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems and create customer segments according to the business strategy and goals
  • Daily work with marketing automation, CRM, data services, and lead management methods
  • Create, plan, implement and maintain KPIs
  • Prepare and present analytics reports based on KPIs on marketing and sales activities
  • Analyze marketing, Customer and Sales data
  • Develop insights and make recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team and other stakeholders & providing data insights
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
  • Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter
  • Participation in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns within the
  • Digital Marketing Team
  • General administration and record keeping in relation to marketing activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields
  • 3 years of experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software
  • Practical knowledge on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns) as well as BI tools and being able to perform Queries in SQL
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel)
  • Experience with performance marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising segmentation and data manipulation systems
  • Programmatic advertising experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English is a must (at least equivalent of B2)
