    Demand Planner
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
    Main Responsibilities:
    • Responsibility for operative Sales Forecasting for products
    • Ensuring optimum Promotion Planning Process - Incorporate Promotion Planning input from Sales on top to Base Forecast and consider cannibalization, ensure appropriate lead time for Promotions in terms of Co-packing for Demand Fulfillment Analyst Team by close corporation with Sales.  
    • Evaluating forecast performance - Responsible for analysis of forecast performance at different hierarchy levels
    • Working on improving forecast  based on portfolio analysis
    • Leading  Integrated Business Planning process for owned Categories 
    • Presenting forecast results to the senior stakeholders
    • University degree
    • Min. 2 years of experience in Demand Planning role
    • Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data, communicating key drivers to senior levels
    • Working knowledge of the supply chain and supply chain principles would be an advantage
    • Good use knowledge of SAP APO, BI (or similar planning tools) and good Excel skills
    • Fluent English
    • Experience in Statistical Forecasting
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
