    We are looking for candidate for the position of:

    Digital Manager
    Worplace: Warszawa


    Strengthen the health brand by defining the way it is communicated in digital channels. Cooperates closely with country & regional brand & communication functions to consistently position our brand in a territory that drives company sales growth and reach overall SCA targets.

    Geographical scope a role is responsible for:                 
    Region East Europe & Russia, with the responsibility to drive implementation of global digital strategy and drive implementation or development of regional/local digital activities.  This is an additional role to regional responsibility to support digital activities in Poland. Some main projects include: Implement agreed global digital projects, maintain TENA web and other online platforms, cooperate with marketing and media agency on agreed digital communication plan, etc.

    Main Tasks

    • Develop a digital strategy, including a roadmap.
    • Develop and maintain the digital platform (IT & software) that facilitates consumer & customer engagement.
    • Analyze digital approach of our competitors to define next big trends and secure tests of innovative use of digital approaches.
    • Provide strategic digital communications consultancy to the global innovation teams, ensuring
      that all briefs and creative developmentmeet the highest standards and are in line with brand guidelines.
    • Coordinate with the e-business teams in the BU to have an integral digital platform.
    • Develop and share digital best practice (campaigns or ways of working) between regions.
    • Provide digital communications consultancy to the Business Groups as requested.


    • Proven experience in implementing, maintaining or development of digital campaigns, platforms, content publishing, web sites, and emailing - 3 years digital experience in an agency or as digital manager in a company.
    • Experience in evaluation and tracking of digital activities.
    • Strong understanding of digital landscape and trends.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, expertise in CMS and Omniture.
    • Experience in B2C and B2B marketing and digital communication.
    • Analytical skills.
    • University degree or equivalent education.
    • Fluent in English, native speaker in Polish.
    • Readiness to travel.
    • Experience in project management, strategy planning and coordinating of international teams.
