Digital Test Lead
Location: Kraków
Ref No: GLT/DTL/09/2015

Key Accountabilities:

  • Management and co-ordination of all User Acceptance Testing activity including defining test plan/activities, defect management and kit management working in collaboration other teams,
  • Represent the customer ensuring all digital deliverables are fit for release to customers,
  • Role may include direct/indirect supervision of a team of Test Co-ordinators and Test Analysts to deliver regional and global projects/programs adhering to Global Test Standards,
  • Monitor and measure activity ensuring productivity targets are achieved and standards are met,
  • Continuously improving work practices and procedures to improve efficiency Maintain expert knowledge in required technology area across multiple platforms,
  • Operating as a point of reference for testing activity,
  • Proactive and reactive resource management – ensuring specialists are identified and are able to support testing activities,
  • Ensuring all change is fit for release to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the testing process, digital channels, and customer expectations
  • A strong team player – highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in the department and acknowledging other areas/individuals roles and responsibilities.
  • People leadership experience – motivating and inspiring others to excel
  • Personnel experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as digital, HTS or change management
  • Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
  • Good knowledge of the Agile development methodology
  • Good organizational skills
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues
  • Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, e.g. risk, customer experience and people to determine the implications and make recommendations as needed.
  • High levels of resilience and self motivation
  • Innovative – the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
