    E-Learning Support Administrator
    WORKPLACE: Katowice

    Your Task

    You will become part of our Learning & Development team in Katowice and will collaborate closely with our headquarters team in Nuremberg and employees around the world.

    • Reviewing e- learning platform and feature designs to create test cases and scenarios
    • Testing activities on the e-learning platform on different devices
    • Reporting tests outcomes as well as providing feedback on release readiness, assist in issue resolution if necessary and applicable
    • Providing general administrative support to our Learning & Development team as well as participating in various learning projects on an as-needed basis
    • Prioritizing and managing own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines

    Our Requirements

    • Excellent English skills
    • 2-4 years of work experience
    • Working experience in the field of online learning
    • At least the basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite tools
    • Knowledge of one of the the e-learning authoring tool Adobe Captivate/Storyline;
    • Familiarity with a learning platform like Docebo, Saba, Cornerstone or a similar Learning Management System (LMS)
    • An energetic, enthusiastic, pro-active, problem-solving attitude
