    The EMA Partner Development team has a critical role to play in the development of the future leaders of the firm. The team’s responsibilities include needs identification, designing programmes and solutions for newly promoted Partners through to the top leaders of our company.

    This role will focus most attention on our newly promoted Partners, providing leadership development through an established programme.

    EMA Partner Development Manager (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
    • Partner Development Programme management at all stages
    • Partner Development Process improvement and re-design
    • Continually drive for Best Practice
    • Working with the relevant stakeholders and team
    • Drive messaging to potential participants and Sponsors
    • Reporting activities to Business
    • KPIs area
    • Budget of the Programme
    • Bachelor or master’s degree ideally in the field of Organizational Psychology / Industrial Psychology / Economic Sciences / Political Sciences
    • 5-7 years’ proven work experience in Learning & Development/Leadership Development activities
    • Extensive knowledge of Leadership Development Best Practice / Market Perspective
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Excellent English language skills (written and oral) – any additional languages are beneficial
    • Excellent networking, influencing skills and impact
    • An agile mindset – adaptable to change and always looking to innovate and improve the status quo
    • Understanding the importance of KPI’s
    • Willingness to travel internationally
    • Ability to both notice the detail and also to hold a higher level, strategic view
    • Communication skills and high service orientation
