    EMEA Import Operations Analyst
    Based: Łódź
    Do you have proven experience of working in Import Operations in the international environment?
    If so we would like to hear from you.

    Reporting to Senior Director - Global Trade Compliance, you will be responsible for managing and executing the Import process for the United Kingdom and Poland, tracking material and documents from source to release for delivery.



    • Supporting the MRP requirement and manage the PO order process with the vendors
    • Verifying documentation, duty and taxes
    • Ensuring timely entry and clearance of air/ocean international and cross border shipments
    • Controling the internal release of imported merchandise, pending satisfaction of regulatory/customs requirements
    • Management of the Intercompany Import process ensuring timely delivery of goods from McCormick facilities around the world in accordance with guidelines set by business
    • Oversight over the imported packaging process to ensure timely receipt into warehouse/factory
    • Management of new imported product processes
    • Performing analysis on out of stock situation, run reporting and communicate to factory/business on shortages and levels of stock


    • Bachelor Degree required in Business Administration, Distribution, Logistics, Transportation, International Business or related field
    • Min. 2 years of progressive work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Business Operations
    • Fluency in English
    • Customs brokerage experience desirable
    • Degree of understanding of the industry and the environment
    • Strong interpersonal , including the ability to influence without formal authority
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent MS Office/SAP Computer skills are required
    • Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgement to solve complex problems
