Overall Role

Responsible for the ensuring the learning and development needs of the EMEA Program Management team (who work within the Corporate Real Estate team of a major client) are met and that they are delivering a high standard of service in line with the Client’s leadership principles.


  • On-going training needs analysis to determine the skills and competency training required in line with JLL and Client expectations
  • Determine the most relevant and cost effective methods of delivering learning and development including use of in house expertise
  • Design and deliver training and development
  • Organization and Administration of all learning and development
  • Support line managers with the induction of all new joiners ensuring induction programs are consistently completed and carried out
  • Develop a mentoring / buddying programmer for new joiners and manage it going forward
  • Support annual IPMP process in providing assistance to managers (to include supporting managers with the Growth & Development IPMP section)


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Corporate Real Estate environment
  • Qualified trainer
  • Previous experience in the management, design and delivery of training for program or project managers
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Able to demonstrate and ensure to instil a culture in the team that match our common Client and JLL core behaviors and leadership principles
  • Ability to understand the Client’s Leadership Principles and ensure that they are integral to the learning and development delivered
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, independent, great problem solving skills, organizational skills, influencing skills
  • Extremely high level of communication skills
  • Willing to travel
