Your responsibilities

  • Trade processing for assigned funds using both automated and manual processing procedures,

  • Preparing and ensuring that daily trade file is completed and accurate,

  • Ponitoring exception reports to identify and resolve errors,

  • Working closely with other team members to ensure day-to-day tasks associated with customer deliverables are performed in a timely and accurate manner,

  • Assisting with the completion of client requests and generates reports to meet client and internal needs,

  • Reconciliation of trades booked to trade blotters,

  • Verification of computer input, reconciliation of trades booked to trade blotters,

  • Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, department guidelines, and external regulation.

Our requirements

  • Previous work experience in finance area (preferably at Middle Office, Trade Capture, Cash processing and related),

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools – especially Excel (Formulas, Pivot tables),

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2/C1),

  • Attention to detail.

The Shareholder Services team respond to requests and queries from mutual clients which are received via phone, email, or written postal enquiry. Escalate errors as and when appropriate. The team are responsible for maintaining and ensuring that we meet our agreed KPIs with our clients.
