Your responsibilities

For a global company, headquartered in London, which is developing, manufacturing and selling ground-control products and services to their well established customer base in the segments of soft rock, hard rock and infrastructure, we are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager having a proven track record of successful managing ERP consolidation fixed-price projects with strong managerial leadership and hands-on mentality, a consulting oriented working model and with business and technical skills to challenge and drive the project to financial and business success.

You will assure their long term competitiveness and financial performance optimization by managing business and technological transformation in an ERP consolidation project for their European business located in Poland, Czech, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Spain and Italy – with Poland being at the center during the ERP design and implementation phase.

In the role of an ERP Project Manager, you will be:

- Responsible and ownership for IT project management of the ERP project in all phases, in terms of budget, risks and timeline, on behalf of the client;

- Management and coordination of ERP system implementation partner(s), contracted by fixed-price model, as well as current system management partners (legacy ERP systems and others);

- Management and coordination of internal Business- and IT teams and all related activities on client side during all project phases, roll-out steps and including post-go live phase, as well as transition to operations in managed service mode;

- Ensure E2E processes and other project elements will be integrated seamless across all functional work streams, systems, projects, organizations and between business, IT, integrators and implementation partners;

- Own the resolution of cross-work stream issues;

- Proactively manage, monitor, and report on the identification, impact, dependencies, risks, mitigations and implementation status of business integration topics and areas for improvement.

Our requirements

Highly competitive candidates will possess these qualities:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field;

- 7+ years of IT project/program management experience;

- Proven track record of min 2-3 successfully managed full-cycle ERP projects based on Microsoft ERP solutions, coordinating external and internal parties, with managerial ownership of budget and timeline;

- Solid business process understanding in discrete and process manufacturing;

- Proven conceptual / technical knowledge and skills in Microsoft ERP solutions (Business Central and Dynamics Finance & Operations), ability to challenge business / technical solutions concepts;

- Strong leadership mentality with consulting oriented working model;

- Experience and project proven ability to act in medium sized company organization, with rather overall lean structural setup;

- Ability to drive operating model transformation (roles, responsibilities ...) while managing execution of IT project(s) in time and budget;

- Mother tongue: Polish. English B2/C1 (written and oral);

- Willingness to travel in Poland and occasionally to locations in Europe.

Functional / Technical capabilities:

- 5+ years experience in managing ERP projects (preferably Microsoft Business Central and/or MS Dynamics F&O - based);

- Great know how related to practical application of project management life cycle principles and agile methodologies;

- Understanding of core business processes in the area of Production (process- and discrete-), Sales, Distribution, and Finance.
