    You are at home in the ETL disciplines, including all aspect of the lifecycle. Furthermore, you have a proven track record on building ETL solutions of high quality in terms of: maintainability, supportability, correctness, testability, scalability, adaptability, security and performance.  
    Your background:  
    • At least 4 years of experience in working with ETL tools (DataStage or Microsoft SSIS or Informatica or similar…)  
    • a solid theoretical knowledge and a practical experience in the relational databases area  
    • perfect SQL skills  
    • an experience in the data warehouses (modelling, implementing)  
    • a practical experience in Oracle RDBMS  
    • an experience in the BI (Business Intelligence) reporting tools would be an additional advantage  
    • If you don’t already know the Capital Markets domain, we expect you to learn if quickly  
    • Conversational level in oral and written English is a prerequisite  
    • A master’s degree in engineering, computer science or have other relevant background

    The offer

    As an ETL Developer, you will be a part of an informal and strongly developed team which builds DataMart’s industry standard tools and methodologies. We use agile processes in small teams in close corporation with our business owners.  
    We are building Nordea Capital Markets next generation Middle Office IT solutions: doing reactive data processing to fulfil needs of liquidity management, accounting, statutory reporting and controlling frameworks, and making it available to business stakeholders using BI.  
    What you’ll be doing:  
    • Actively contribute to the design, development and rollout of new solutions  
    • Work accurately with large amounts of data in a timely manner, sometimes in real-time.  
    The role is based in Gdańsk. You will be working in a team with other DataStage developers and we expect you to be both a great team player, but also to take individual responsibility for your work.
